Responsibilities:
- Partnerships and Orders:
- Establish partnerships with small business groups.
- Manage Amazon ordering for supplies and uniforms for staff.
- Communication and Administration:
- Set up and manage a business phone line and email account.
- Employee Management:
- Manage payroll for employees and subcontractors.
- Financial Management:
- Utilize Excel and Gusto for financial tracking.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Marketing and Customer Relations:
- Develop marketing strategies and manage our social media presence.
- Collect and manage customer reviews, responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Prepare and manage contracts and welcome packets.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee job sites, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- Perform emergency cleaning services as needed.
- Organize and manage supplies and equipment.
- Team Coordination:
- Develop and maintain efficient schedules for staff.
- Ensure team members are at their assigned locations according to the schedule.
- Handle emergencies and problems that arise at work, serving as a point of contact when the business owner is unavailable.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
- Cover additional tasks and work extended hours when the business owner is out of town.
