Job Overview:

As a Part-Time Residential Cleaner, you will travel to different homes throughout the day, performing a variety of cleaning tasks. You will typically work in a small team of two, and all products will be provided. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for long-term growth opportunities within a small but expanding company.

Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to meet client standards.

- Rotate between homes of various sizes throughout the day.

- Follow the client’s specific cleaning preferences and instructions.

- Maintain communication with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Report any maintenance or supply needs to management.

- Ensure all work is completed within the scheduled timeframe.

- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous residential cleaning experience (preferred but not required).

- Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job locations throughout the day.

- Ability to work Monday through Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a small team.

- Ability to manage time efficiently and independently.

- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
