What are the responsibilities and job description for the Queen of Angels - After Care Monitor (Fort Wayne, IN) position at Queen of Angels?
The After Care Monitor reports directly to the Principal. The position is intended to provide educational and physical activity support after school.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the After Care Monitor

AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT

The After Care Monitor must be available from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The After Care Monitor must be able to provide support for students to work on homework while attending After Care.

The After Care Monitor must provide opportunities for students to have some physical activity.

The After Care Monitor must offer an after school snack that will be provided by the school.

COMMUNICATION AND NOTES

The After Care Monitor must document all students attending the program, in order to assist the Business Manager with billing.

The After Care Monitor must speak to all students, parents, teachers, and adults with a caring tone and respectful attitude.

The After Care Monitor will use a school issued cell phone in order for the parents to contact him/her when they arrive to pick up their child/ren.

The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills as well as be a team player. This candidate must also be dependable and able to work 29.5 hours each week. The candidate must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
