Job Description:
We’re seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help our studio run smoothly and efficiently. This is a flexible role perfect for a college student or someone looking to grow in a creative, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as: monitoring digital communications, inventory management, phone calls, and occasional scheduling.
- Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Run occasional local errands to support studio operations.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives, such as social media, networking, and promotional events (optional for additional compensation).
- Provide support to individual artists as needed, including organizing materials or managing communications (optional for additional compensation).
Availability:
- Flexible schedule with an average commitment of 6-9 hours per week in the studio.
- Some weekend availability is preferred.
- Opportunities for additional hours through marketing or artist support tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Developing professional, organized, and disciplined with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to treat customers with kindness and professionalism.
- Computer literate, comfortable with basic office software and social media platforms.
- Interested in creative industries; marketing skills are a big plus!
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Currently enrolled in college or with a flexible schedule that aligns with studio needs.
