What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at Queen Park Social?
Queen Park Social is a premier entertainment venue located in Lower South End. We offer bowling, arcade games, and a lounge with VIP tables, a DJ, and state of the art lighting and sound systems. We strive to be a one stop destination to eat, drink, and play.
We are currently looking to add strong servers to our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning our food and beverage menus
- Presenting food and beverage menus to guests, making recommendations, and taking guest orders
- Delivering food and drinks to guests
- Providing guests with top-notch customer service
- Completing sidework assigned by management
The ideal candidate:
- Has the ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Is punctual and reliable
- Is able to multitask efficiently
- Has strong organizational skills
- 2 years server experience
