Job Title: House Cleaning Subcontractor

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Queen's Cleaning is looking for a dedicated and experienced House Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Perform standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-out cleanings in residential properties.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team.

Requirements:

• Must have own transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Liability insured to cover any potential damages or accidents.
• Own cleaning equipment, including vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Must pass a background check to ensure the safety and trust of our clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Friendly and customer-oriented, with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable around pets, as many of our clients have pets in their homes.
• Must sign a non-solicitation agreement, which prevents you from soliciting clients or employees from the company for your own business purposes.
