Role Overview:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities. You'll build authentic relationships, develop strategic outreach plans, and communicate the value of our services to potential clients. Your focus will be on growth—for both our clients and our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, tracking progress using CRM tools
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Meet and exceed acquisition targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and goal progress
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dubsado experience is a plus)
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Compensation:
- Probation Period: 60 days with commission-based pay.
- Transition to Full Pay: After successful completion of the probation period, the role will transition to a hourly position with performance-based bonuses.
