Skilled Nursing Facility Receivable Collections Specialist

Overview
Queens Boulevard Extended Care Facility is a 280-bed skilled nursing home facility with an onsite 15-station dialysis center. Located in Woodside NY, easily accessible by public transportation

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with the facility’s billing Company on all billing priorities
• Reviewing receivables aging for both Dialysis and skilled nursing facility
• Responsible for all Private and NAMI Collections
• Financial Screening for prospective admissions
• Manage PIA accounts
• Oversee Medicaid applications and conversions
• Cash Assessment reporting and reconciliation
• Problem Solving Complex billing issues
• Patient/Resident

Requirements:

• Skilled Nursing Facility billing experience
• MyAbility, Inovalon, EMedNY, IVANNS, NGS Connect, MAP, Reliable/Visual 64, SigmaCare by MatrixCare experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is a must
• Detailed knowledge of billing and collection practices
• Able to work independently and perform multiple tasks efficiently

Pay rate: Commensurate with experience
