Position Overview
As an engineer, you will be a part of the System Engineering team where you work closely with Sr engineers and subcontractors to design and fabricate hardware components & control units, and install & commission new equipment. You will also be working with the product development team to provide solutions to their challenges. This position will be responsible for maintaining the testing equipment to ensure it is operating according to either manufacturer's specifications or according to required standardized testing requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer I
- Design, fabricate, assemble mechanical and control components that enable us to develop novel products.
- Conduct testing, accurately record results via database management, perform data analysis in graphing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside QC to brainstorm improvements to our technology (hardware, software, and control system).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in synthesizing equipment for cementitious materials manufacturing
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
