Position Overview
QCH is seeking an Internship Coordinator to join the Learning to Work (LTW) Program at the Young Adult Borough Center (YABC) at John Adams High School . This program provides an alternative pathway to graduation for youth aged 17 and older by offering real-world work experiences and career preparation.
As the Internship Coordinator , you will develop, manage, and oversee student internship opportunities while providing individualized career counseling and professional development support .
Key Responsibilities Internship Development & Management
- Identify, secure, and oversee diverse internship opportunities aligned with students’ career goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure quality, compliant internship experiences.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain ongoing communication with students and employers to track progress.
