Position Overview :
QCH seeks a dedicated Learning to Work (LTW) Program Director to lead the LTW program at the Young Adult Borough Center (YABC) located at John Adams High School. The Program Director will oversee all program operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services for at-risk youth. This role involves strategic leadership, program development, staff supervision, and fostering strong relationships with participants and community partners. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in youth development, program management, and a passion for helping young adults achieve their academic and career goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
Program Management and Development :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LTW program, ensuring excellence in program delivery and participant outcomes.
- Design and implement program curricula, workshops, and activities aligned with the LTW model to address participant needs.
- Monitor program performance using QCH’s Salesforce data system, implementing improvements as needed to enhance effectiveness.
