About Us
As a member of the Queen’s Clinically Integrated Physician Network (QCIPN), you will work closely with providers, clinic managers, department coordinators, and various other team members, to improve performance for HEDIS and CMS Stars measures. Under the direction of the QCIPN Manager of Quality Performance & Improvement, you will supervise a team of 8 quality practice assistants who spend a substantial amount of time in the field, supporting practices with metric and workflow performance. You will develop expertise in practice workflow assessment tools as well as systems like HMSA Coreo and Epic EMR in order to guide team success. You will develop strong relationships with QCIPN practices, including office managers, providers, and PPAs to support success in the QCIPN network. You will work closely with providers, clinic managers, department coordinators, and various other team members, to improve performance for HEDIS and CMS Stars measures. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where duties change on a daily basis. A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
B. EXPERIENCE:
o Knowledge of HEDIS and NQCA program specifications.
o Thorough knowledge of, and experience with, principles of practice operational workflows.
o Ability to work effectively with physicians.
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels throughout the organization.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and automated systems.
