What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Queensborough National Bank and Trust?
Oversee the operation of the branch with deposit and loan customers. Exercise administrative control over the office and branch operations with primary emphasis on customer service activities. Responsible for acquiring new business and expanding current relationships. Be active in the business community to represent the bank and build relationships. Maintain knowledge of branch policies and procedures with respect to branch opening and closing procedures, security policy and procedures, and approve checks and overrides. Handle customer problems and complaints; counsel customers with special financial needs and requests. Demonstrate a consistently high level of professional judgment in making sound and accurate decisions. Demonstrate good communications, sales and public relation skills.
