Job Overview
Full-time CSR position is available immediately (32-40 hours per week.) Queenstown Veterinary Hospital is looking for applicants with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a reception/front desk setting with heavy phones.
This position requires professional, friendly and courteous communication with our clients, scheduling appointments and surgeries, invoicing office visits, multi-line phone and paging system use, detail-oriented inter-staff communication, daily transaction reconciliation, experience with computers and email communication, among other tasks. This position will be four 7:30am – 6:00 pm weekday shifts, no weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Pay is commensurate with experience.
