About the Role

As Founding Growth Lead at Quench.ai, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion into the U.S. market, leading the charge in building and growing our customer base. This role isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about strategically shaping and driving the growth of our AI solutions across the US. You’ll have the autonomy to create and execute business development strategies, build key partnerships, and identify opportunities for market penetration, all while leading the charge for Quench.ai’s success in the U.S.


This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of market expansion in a fast-paced startup environment, where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and achieve our bold growth targets. As a natural-born leader, you’ll inspire and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, building a foundation for sustained success and establishing Quench.ai as a key player in the U.S. AI landscape.


Your role will be critical in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, shaping our U.S. presence, attending conferences, and building networks and client relationships that turn into lasting partnerships. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of market dynamics, growth processes and customer needs to drive growth, while having the freedom and support to lead with confidence and make a tangible impact on the company’s future.

As the Founding Growth Lead at Quench.ai, you will:

  • Pipeline Development & Lead Generation: Source, drive and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and networking in new markets, targeting key accounts and high-value leads.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with potential clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to accelerate business growth and market penetration.
  • Market Expansion Strategy: Lead the charge in identifying new market opportunities and ideal customer accounts, craft go-to-market strategies and execute plans to expand our presence across the U.S.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent progress, forecasting, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Work with Customer Success Lead to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and continuous value creation through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align efforts, provide market insights, and refine product offerings to meet US customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, maintaining a data-driven approach to monitor performance, identify areas of improvement, and refine strategies for optimal results.


You may be suited for this role if you meet the following criteria

  • Proven Sales Expertise in Tech or AI Industries: 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven sectors, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: creative thinker with a growth-focused attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of building growth processes across sales, partnerships and marketing from the ground up in an early-stage company.
  • Self-Starter: independent leader, naturally comfortable working across time zones with colleagues in different regions and building relationships with colleagues remotely.
  • Strong Network & Relationship Building Skills: Established network with decision-makers in target industries, and a natural ability to form relationships and trust-based connections.
  • Market Expansion & New Business Development Expertise: Experience developing and expanding business presence into new regions or markets, with a clear understanding of market segmentation, customer personas, and competitive landscapes. Experience helping European companies land and expand in the US is a plus.
  • Consultative Selling & Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to understand complex client needs, tailor solutions, and sell consultatively, aligning Quench.ai’s AI solutions to real business problems.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Comfort with using growth tech tools (e.g., Hubspot and Gong) to manage pipeline, track KPIs, and refine strategies based on data insights, while staying focused on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives, present to large audiences, and inspire internal teams across functions to execute on growth objectives.
