Responsibilities:
- Work on projects that directly impact your department
- Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in problem-solving initiatives
- Support day-to-day business operations and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend professional development sessions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Participate in onsite networking and learning events (where applicable)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date of 2026 or later
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced business setting
- Available to participate from June 2 – August 8, 2025
