Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through direct interactions, proactive outreach, and B2B communications with potential and current clients.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Quench clients.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Aim to consistently surpass new business sales targets through a dedicated daily and weekly approach.
  • Participate actively in client retention efforts and contract renewals as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including generating sales reports, maintaining sales records, and managing expense reports.
  • Exhibit reliable and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities; adept at addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing (articulate, enthusiastic, good listener, quick to comprehend customer needs, proficient in sales, and diligent in following up).
  • Capable of working autonomously and swiftly adapting to evolving situations.
  • Previous experience in field sales is advantageous.
  • Exceptional team contributor with high integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • First Year OTE : $80,000 - $110,000
