What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Vocational Nurse - Weekend Day Shift position at Quest 2 Recovery?
Quest 2 Recovery is a detox and residential substance abuse program in Lancaster CA. We are looking to hire an LVN to join our great team! Resident Treatment experience, knowledge of Licensing and IMS requirements preferred.
Responsibilities would include:
- Observing self-administration of medication
- Making sure residents take their medication on time throughout the day
- Narcotic counts
- Detox Monitoring of the residents
- Vitals
- Drug testing and Breathalyzing
- Assisting with the operational flow of the day
- Other duties as assigned
