About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead the optimization, administration, and ongoing development of our cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment. This role will be responsible for configuring, securing, automating, and integrating M365 services to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security across the organization.
This position requires hands-on, recent experience (3 years) in an M365 Engineer role to ensure the solutions implemented align with current best practices and modern cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in optimizing and managing enterprise M365 environments.
Key Responsibilities
- M365 Optimization & Administration
Evaluate, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, etc.).
Enhance Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate M365 management tasks.
Enhance the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to drive collaboration.
Act as a Tier 3 escalation for complex M365-related issues.
