- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basisMain Duties : Maintain department and company standards. Work with fellow employees in a professional, and productive manner. Performance task proficiency includes but is not limited to the following manual functions : sorting, racking, pickup and delivery of specimens to the laboratory, specimen storage, centrifugation, and aliquoting.Required Knowledge : Basic understanding of computers with a preferred knowledge of laboratory testing and / or laboratory specimen processing.
