Medical Transport Specialist / Driver- Part Time- Altoona PA

Schedule: Covering 1 week day shift rotating between: 11 AM - 7:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5 PM or 3 PM - 8:30 PM. plus Every Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Pay Range: $17.20 per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a courier vehicle to deliver packages and goods to designated locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed
- Ensure all packages are properly secured and protected during transportation
- Complete necessary paperwork and log all deliveries accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in route driving and delivery operations
- Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Note: This position may require occasional lifting of heavy packages and working in various weather conditions.
