Pay Range: $18.61 plus 10% shift diff = $10.47 per hour, pay may be more based on experience.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Duties:

- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, trucks, and motorcycles, to deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Load and unload packages using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions

Skills:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and carrying
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Time management skills to prioritize deliveries and meet deadlines

Note: Experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
