Quest is a full service leading Managed Services, Logistics, Telecom and Cloud Provider, we provide managed IT services, telecom solutions, cloud solutions, logistics and hardware repair for our customers of all sizes and industries. Quest is seeking a self-motivated, full time Customer Services Representative to assist in day to day handling of inbound customer inquires via phone, chat and e-mail, processing of hardware repair claims and scheduling of field technicians. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and ideally be familiar with basic computer components. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Ideal applicants need to be able to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer Customer Requests via Phone, Email and Chat
- Create Orders from Phone Calls
- Create Service Tickets and Document Customer Interactions
- Process Hardware Repair Claims
- Schedule Field Service Technicians
- Multi-Task, Organize, and Prioritize Work
- Ensure Warranty Parts are Returned to the Manufacturer in Timely Fashion
- Communicate with Customers regarding the Status of their Orders
- Understand and Utilize Technical Manuals and Support Resources
- Ensure Compliance with Established Warranty Compliance Rules
- Assist with Special Projects from Time to Time
- Perform Other Duties and Tasks and Assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 Year Customer Service Experience
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Basic Math Skills for Calculating Order Totals, Discounts, and Time
- Ability to Multi-task and Track Time
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to Lift up to 20 lbs.
