Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team delivering fire protection services, including extinguishers, detection systems, suppression systems, and more.
- Operational Oversight: Plan schedules, monitor productivity, ensure quality standards, and maintain equipment readiness.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and deliver excellent service.
- Documentation & Training: Oversee accurate reporting, data entry, and team training for technical skills and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years in fire protection or related industries; supervisory experience preferred.
- Licenses: NICET Level II, applicable State Fire Marshal certifications, valid driver’s license, and TWIC card.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership and communication skills, and commitment to safety and compliance.
Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office, shop, and fieldwork in various industrial environments, occasionally requiring travel to client sites.
