We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Specialist for a key client of ours in offshore / subsea oil and gas. As the HR Specialist, you will report into the HR Leader and will support the Houston / North America Business by partnering with Business Unit Managers and support all employees on HR Initiatives. Also work within HRIS with HRIS updates.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors Degree
- SHRM highly desired
- Experience as Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner - within an offshore oil and gas / subsea based organization
- HRIS knowledge
- Must be within a commutable distance to Energy Cooridor (Houston)
- Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
Compensation : 95,000 per year
Salary : $95,000
