We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager / Engineering Project Manager for a client of ours in Houston who is largely focused in offshore operations, offshore installation, subsea installation, SURF (Subsea Umbilicals Risers and Flowlines), Decommissioning, Commissioning. platform installation, LARs (Launch and Recovery), Vessel Mobilization
As the Project Engineering Manager, you will be a vital piece of the Project Management Team with a strong technical focus. You will lead a team of project and engineering professionals on project execution and scopes for subsea installation, subsea decommissioning, subsea commissioning projects.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience as a Project Engineering Manager / Engineering Project Manager, Project Technical Manager
- Project Engineering experience on large offshore construction / subsea installation projects (EPCI)
- Technical Engineering (ANSYS, Orcaflex, etc)
- Vessel Moblization
- Must have stable employment history
- Must be ok with hybrid work
- Must be local to Houston (Energy Corridor commutable)
- Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
