What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Quest Events LLC?
The Client Services Representative will work cooperatively with Sr. Sales and other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and exceed customer expectations. The Client Services Representative is a client advocate and is accountable for exceeding sales goals and maintaining successful client relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirmation of contracts & details
- Answering phones & returning messages
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing correct and timely equipment quotes.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Assist in executing business development plans effectively.
- Attend networking events if needed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support marketing efforts and report on them as needed.
- Manage time efficiently, meet personal and sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and operations staff.
- Utilize quoting and inventory management software to respond quickly and efficiently to client’s needs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail and thoroughness. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of an associate or bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of one year of experience.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and some potential travel.
- Industry experience a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional local travel and weeknight and/or weekend work.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
