Description :
The CSR will work cooperatively with Director of Sales and other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and exceed customer expectations. The CSR is a client advocate and is accountable for exceeding sales goals and maintaining successful client relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirmation of contracts & details
- Answering phones & returning messages
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing correct and timely equipment quotes.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.
- Assist in executing business development plans effectively.
- Attend networking events if needed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support marketing efforts and report on them as needed.
- Manage time efficiently, meet personal and sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and operations staff.
- Utilize quoting and inventory management software to respond quickly and efficiently to client’s needs.
