Quest Events, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, is North America's market leader in providing pipe and drape, scenic, and furnishing rental solutions to the AV, hospitality, events, bridal, and exhibition industries. With 22 locations across the U.S., Quest Events partners with clients to provide the most creative, effective, and efficient rental solutions and installation services available on the market today.
This is a full-time, exempt, in-office position and typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday.

Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for delivering profitable revenue, developing a world class sales organization, prioritizing client satisfaction and contributing to the creation of Quest Event’s sales methodology. Recruits, trains, and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales and profitability goals. Develops and establishes plans and strategies for both B2B and B2C customers to maintain and grow existing base.
Essential Responsibilities
Requirements : Experience
Two years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 2 year's Event Industry experience
Priority for event sales / project management experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Preferred experience with inventory management software
Education
Associate degree or higher preferred
Other Requirements, Knowledge, Skill, Ability, or Characteristics
This position is also responsible for developing strategic relationships with existing clients for retention and revenue growth. The ideal Candidate has a solid professional presence, is tenacious, and can adapt, organize, and multitask. Knowledge of CRM maintenance is preferred. The Candidate should understand general reporting processes, including expenses. Works well independently, is motivated, has strong relationship-building skills, believes in excellence, is results-driven, and has strong planning skills.
