TENT SPECIALIST - VINYL CLEANER

The Tent Vinyl Cleaner at Quest Events ensures that all tent materials, including vinyl panels and accessories, are cleaned, inspected, and maintained to meet our high-quality standards. This role is critical to delivering clean, professional-looking tents for every event. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to maintaining the integrity and appearance of Quest Events’ tent inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Clean vinyl tent panels and accessories using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
• Remove stains, dirt, and debris to maintain the pristine appearance of tent materials.
• Inspect vinyl for tears, holes, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor.

Quality Control:

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure all tent materials meet Quest Events’ quality standards.
• Ensure proper drying, folding, and storage of vinyl materials to prevent damage or mildew.

Inventory and Organization:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of cleaned and repaired vinyl.
• Organize and store vinyl panels and tent components for easy access during event preparation.

Equipment and Supplies Management:

• Operate cleaning tools, including pressure washers and vinyl cleaning machines, safely and effectively.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure tent materials are prepped and ready for events.
• Assist in packing and loading tent materials for delivery as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods for vinyl or similar materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks requiring physical effort.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and safety protocols.
