Pay : $24-$25 / hr (temp-perm opportunity)
Location : Norcross, GA fully in office
Description :
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collections.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect past-due payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses.
- Work closely with the accounting and project management teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding debt.
- Provide customers with account statements and payment options as needed.
- Identify and escalate complex collection issues for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations regarding collections.
