We are seeking a Facilities Front Desk Receptionist to join the team! This role is the first point of contact for our guests in the Smyrna office. The ideal candidate is energetic and provides a delightful first encounter for both internal and external visitors to the office.
Provides general office support to the Atlanta employees through managing in-person visitors, package and mail management, answering phone calls, and putting callers in touch with appropriate Huber personnel. This position also acts as administrator for purchasing activities by processing purchase orders and supporting the payables process.

Facilities Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
- Provides general office support to employees.
- Operates multi-line phone systems.
- Screens incoming calls and directs to the appropriate party.
- Retrieves and processes voicemails.
- Performs receptionist duties such as receiving, screening, and directing visitors, sales personnel, suppliers, contractors, and applicants courteously to the department or individual they request.
- Receives and forward all incoming packages and letters to the appropriate parties.
- Administrator for the Access card system.
- Assign and activate/deactivate as needed.
- Monitor card activity/delayed egress door breaches.
- Back-up Coordinator for Building/Facilities issues.
- Processing of Atlanta purchase orders and receiving.
- Supports the payables process for the same orders.
- Monitor and clear the Oracle and SAP Hold Reports.
- Support the Travel department and local administrative team with event planning and coordination. Includes CVENT and Groupize system configuration and program set-up with internal stakeholders.
- Liaison with the Edison office to ensure purchases for Café, office supplies, and printers are processed.
- Organizing time and priorities to handle multiple functions and balance the needs of the facility and internal customer requests.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Minimum of a High School education. Higher education is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years, related experience.
- Demonstrate familiarity with corporate office operations.
- Strong human relations skills are essential to influence, persuade, and motivate personnel.
Salary : $20 - $25
