Our client located in Dunwoody is looking for a Leasing Agent to join their growing team!
Pay: $20 - $21/hr
Direct Hire
M-F, Rotating Weekends
We are looking for a highly professional Leasing Consultant to close new leases and maintain relationships with our current residents.
Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Sales:
- Tour prospects and close leases, aiming for a 25% closing ratio on gross traffic
- Review lease paperwork with new residents
- Prepare renewal leases
- Process applications and update D.A.R.
- Customer Service and Communication:
- Answer phones professionally, including follow-ups with prospects and vendors
- Perform move-in/out inspections
- Maintain guest lobby daily (e.g., guest card follow-up, stocking refreshments, brochures, preparing “welcome” folders)
- Send thank-you cards and manage surveys, flyers, and newsletters
- Property and Unit Management:
- Set up “show units”
- Conduct unit and amenity inspections (rotate units weekly)
- Perform two-day walks
- Submit maintenance service requests and file invoices/work orders
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Market the community by making calls, maintaining a log, and contacting locators with pricing information
- Plan and participate in resident functions
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Residential Leasing experience
- Associate’s Degree
- Strong customer service skills
- Successful closing ratio
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently
- Marketing experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis
