Legal Administrative Assistant :

Responsibilities :
- Assist with legal review of contracts and other internal legal documents
- Serve as a liaison with an outside attorney when required
- Assist in contract negotiations with owners, general contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly CCIP / OCIP reporting when required
- Monitor and assist with business licensing and registration
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
