Senior Client Associate

Our client located in Bellevue, WA is looking for a Senior Client Associate to join their team.

Pay: $70k - $80k Bonus

Hybrid: 3 days/week in office

The Senior Client Associate will be providing assistance to a Client Advisory Team in all manner of client service and daily operations, as well as administrative duties and special projects, which can include preparing performance analysis, investment manager background, and client presentation material.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to a Client Advisory Team in the communication and implementation of client investment strategies
• Draft letters of instruction, complete account applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents
• Organize supporting documentation and follow processes in tandem with the firm’s Capital Markets Group
• Act as an information provider to accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals supporting clients
• Offer additional support in the quarterly reporting process, including reconciling and reviewing client reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics)
• CFP (preferred)
• 2-3 years of prior experience in the financial management industry
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of time-sensitive issues
• Solid PC and Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel
• Comfortable speaking with clients and their professional relationships regarding money movement, account openings, trades, and daily operations
• Positive attitude and initiative in all aspects of the position
• Ability to prioritize tasks in the face of competing demands
• Enjoys learning and growing, motivated to take on new challenges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives
