About the Role
The Business Development Director will be responsible for leading sales and business development efforts, growing our client base, and building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate databases related to sales and marketing.
  • Develop and present sales presentations, proposals, and other sales documents based on data that determines client challenges, needs, business issues, and Quest solutions.
  • Closing sales and coordinating, producing, and executing contract documents, developing alternate contract models to better meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop horizontal sales opportunities.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development. Proficiency in operating territory management from end to end. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment. Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
