What You Will Be Doing
Maintain great client relations at all timesManage and contain consistent food costs and drive salesSupport the ordering from vendors for all residential needs (GFS, Turano, Greco, PFarms, Pepsi)Oversee monthly requests for guides before each semesterManage shift leaders' label and dating daily and weekly audits by shift leadersMaintain current logs for cooler and thermometer and weekly audits by shift leadersMaintain accurate sanitizer for all shifts and weekly monitoring via the Field Audits programManage time cards within attendance policy parametersMonitoring inventory is always posted and followed based on the provided budget and accuracy in Week 4Provide daily shift reports and follow up on any issues / concerns / needs mentioned (monitor completion by shift leads)Daily posting of guidelines and following thorough completion (managed daily via shift leads)Handle any discrepancies in cash handling provided by Admin in daily reports and are addressed following guidelines of cash handling policy.Provide floor presence in FOH during peak breakfast, lunch, and dinner periodsWork with Marketing yearly for a 6-month rolloutOversee signage in FOH, including all items with signs and current prices. Audited daily via onsite leads and allergens present and audited by each shift.Submit and manage the Work Orders program for all FOH and dining areas.Provide a program for all retail hiresProvide development for current team membersAdminister reviews biannually for review, completion, and administration of all residential team membersMaintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfactionYour Experience And Skills Include
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum three years of culinary and management experienceStrong management and client relations skillsSolid knowledge of financialsProficient in MS OfficeResponsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Service Manager)Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion
