To deliver medium to high complexity project tasks on-time, within schedule, and to the required quality level, using appropriate processes, tools, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning Module-level Design and Non-Functional Requirements of Embedded Projects
- Achieving Optimization in Memory and MIPS Constraint Systems
- Developing Control Algorithms, Functional Modeling, and Mathematical Analysis
- Leveraging Technical Knowledge to Acquire New Projects
- Buidling Collateral for Project Profiles and Marketing Support
- Utilizing Available Tools for Development, Testing, and Debugging
Qualifications
- Capturing and Documenting Module-level Requirements from Embedded Perspective
- Driving System-level Detailed Design and HIL Test Execution
- Contributing to Embedded Center of Competency (CoC)
- Thought Leadership and Technology Leadership in Value Generation and Reusable Component Development
- Sustaining Business Growth through Effort Estimation and Capacity Building
- Ensuring Quality, Reviews, and Improvement through Code Quality and QMS Compliance
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction through Direct Responsibility of CSAT
