We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team at Quest Global, a leading company in the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Work independently remotely and travel on-site to suppliers to ensure quality standards are being met (50% Travel anticipated, will be reimbursed for travel expenses per Company guidelines)
- Conduct supplier audits / assessments for identification of non-compliance areas and documenting RCCA items.
- Coordination with suppliers to monitor and support RCCA improvement plans identified and completed to RAIL agenda.
- Develop supplier recovery plans to increase Supplier Quality score and reduce Supplier Quality Corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products, components, and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
