Job Summary: The Data and Communications Coordinator is responsible for organizing MS Teams channels, extracting relevant data from reports, managing client specific policies, and transforming data into clear and visually appealing presentations. This role supports the team by ensuring efficient communication and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Channel Organization: Manage and organize MS Teams channels to ensure efficient communication and collaboration. This includes setting up channels, tracking action items, maintaining order, and ensuring relevant information is easily accessible.
- Data Extraction: Pull relevant data from various reports and databases to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Data Visualization: Transform data into clear and visually appealing charts, graphs, and slides. Create presentations that effectively communicate key insights and findings.
- Report Management: Maintain and update reports regularly, ensuring that the latest data is available for analysis for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within the team by ensuring that important information is shared promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate standard work of data extraction processes and visualizations, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights and visualizations.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates Degree in data science, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in data management, report extraction, and creating visual presentations.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, tracking, and presentation tools including but not limited to: Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations.
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
