We have an immediate need for a Delivery Assurance/Expeditor on site at a supplier for our customer. This position is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary focus of this role is to provide onsite support providing delivery information to our customer hourly/daily/weekly.

What You will Do:

• Tracks work order movement through the manufacturing process of specific product identified by value stream
• Provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
• Documents process issues.
• Tracking and Monitoring material flow between various departments and parties.
• Both internal and external
• Prepares progress reports.
• Line of Balance
• (WIP) reporting
• Weekly reports covering accomplishments, roadblocks and forward-looking support
• Facilitates implementation of need-based solutions.
• Helps identify resources that might be needed to keep product moving

How You Will Get Here:

• 2 year degree preferred
• Self-motivated and excels in working autonomously.
• High school diploma acceptable with 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Excel skills should be at intermediate level with ability to create line of balance, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient people skills
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.
• 100% onsite support

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Office Environments, as well as being on the Shop Floor.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 40 hours weeks plus lunch / core (required) hours / General shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer defined locations.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
