What You will Do:

• Performs cycle time and takt time analysis.
• Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing.
• Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
• Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.

How You Will Get Here:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 1-3 Years Manufacturing Experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience documenting or writing Job Instructions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Experience in Aerospace Preferred

Pay Range: $18 to $21 per hour

Work Requirements:

• This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL.
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of this, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, no other travel required.
