What You will Do:
- Daily Tier review attendance
- Issue and update purchase orders in SAP
- Expedite parts as needed for production demands
- Work with cross functional teams ensuring adequate supply chain management
- Manage supplier relationships
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Creating and authorizing purchase orders within your SOW
- Create, review, analyze RFQs; ensure accurate supplier quotations within technical scope
- Negotiate favorable supplier contracts
- Communicate with external and internal suppliers regarding deliveries
- Track daily supplier shipments
- Contract/Purchase order knowledge
- Control the flow of incoming materials to efficiently meet manufacturing requirements
Work Experience
Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
