The PIPT Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, execution, documentation and tracking of PIPT meetings and reviews. They will work closely with stakeholders and customer leadership to ensure an efficient execution and be responsible for managing cross-functional reviews.
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and coordination of scheduled and Ad-hoc product meetings and agenda, including scheduling, documentation and Action Item tracking
- Facilitate meetings, manage attendance, and provide regular status or meeting minute updates to stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues; escalate as necessary
- Manage PIPT presentations and upload into Sharepoint databases
- Manage communication regarding scheduling changes or attendance issues
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate status, progress, and results
- Assist in developing standardization including processes and templates
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule product reviews
- Track and report open Action item statuses
- Ensure presentation quality
- Communicate with stakeholders status or discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required
- 3-6 years of experience in administrative coordination or management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading meetings and presentations
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
