Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Implement plans, processes, and business goals
- Manage costs and schedules; develop multi-year proposal and estimates
- Interface with program team to implement contractual requirements and ensure production efforts remain on time and within budget
- Coordinate and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements
- Work with the Program Management Office and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted
- Prepare for customer program reviews and customer visits
- Deploy disciplined program management best practices, processes, and resources to achieve effective implementation of program requirements
Work Experience
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Eight or more years of experience in operations, manufacturing, program management, or a cross-functional environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting Proposal, Cost Estimating or BOE generation
- Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
