Job Description:
As a Program Security Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation of Corporate Security standards to include: physical and site security; supply chain security; counterintelligence; travel security; and emergency planning. In this position you will be expected to learn and apply the appropriate security and compliance measures in order to adequately mitigate a myriad of security threats in compliance with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and Corporate Security standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for interpreting, administering and enforcing U.S. government and company security policies, procedures, requirements and directives. Duties and responsibilities will include Industrial Security; Physical Security; Supply Chain Security; Investigations; Security Incidents and Risk Analysis activities.
Potential Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial Security – Serve as alternate Facility Security Officer
- Develop and implement Program Protection Implementation Plans
- Develop and implement Operations Security Plans
- Administer security education classes and related briefings
- Coordinate with industry partners to understand threats
- Safeguard classified documents, review and interpret Security Classification Guides and ensure appropriate protections are in place
- Information Security: accountability, transmission, marking, reproduction, and disposition of classified information
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
- Support the Corporate Security team in the preparation for security assessments and audits
- Track, approve/disapprove and analyze trends regarding Foreign Person Visits
- Process mandatory self-reporting from program personnel to various customers Physical Security and Supply Chain Security
- Coordination with various suppliers on the development of site security plans to ensure compliance with CTPAT objectives
- Liaise with various entities regarding facilities and site management; ensuring physical security safeguards are implemented in accordance with standards
- Execute physical security site assessments of various Rolls-Royce facilities to identify strengths and weaknesses based upon location, threat to facility, and value of assets located at each facility
- Creation of security plans, procedures, guidance and instructions Investigations
- Lead diverse and complex investigations for company misconduct, security incidents, ethical complaints, and counterintelligence
- Identify, collect, process and analyze evidence and intelligence
- When directed, work without outside entities to find resolution into investigative matters
- Prepare comprehensive reports of investigation and case presentations, advising appropriate personnel and various levels of management, as well as law enforcement agencies as necessary Security Incidents and Risk Analysis
- Provide oversight for the U.S. Defense employee travel security program
- Identify emergency trends/patterns and conduct in-depth threat analyses
- Partner with internal and external customers, as well as other stakeholders, to address counterintelligence and security concerns
- Prepare comprehensive Corporate
- Security program Insider Threat assessments •Actively seek and review counterintelligence and applicable open source reports to prepare threat and risk assessments
- Coordinate security reporting with the U.S. DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community
- Devise and execute security briefings for security and counterintelligence awareness for Rolls-Royce employees Perform other duties as assigned by security management Travel 25%
- Review documents for completeness of content, accuracy of structure and consistency to standards (architecture, etc.)
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to fix technical shortfalls and add content where needed
- Support Review meetings, including scheduling meetings, support presentation, and assisting in closure of Action items
- Manage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction Feedback
- Work with your Center’s Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team members

Work Experience
- Experience with security, business administration, project management, and controls engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
- 5 years of career experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
