Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Prepare to inspect by interpreting blueprints, data, and manuals to determine specifications, inspections and testing procedures.
- Review and verify supplier certificates of conformance and material certification paperwork to ensure compliance with material, testing, and engineering requirements. –
- Verify PO compliance, work with supply chain department on resolution of discrepancies.
- Inspects product and documentation incoming from suppliers for conformity to ensure the quality and integrity of the material and assemblies are produced to meet drawing specifications, tolerances, corporate procedures and customer requirements.
- Assist quality engineer(s) and supply chain in correcting discrepancies.
- Assist in the management of documentation retention.
Work Experience
- high school diploma (2 year degree preferred)
- 5 years of experience in the quality inspection or quality assurance field
- Experienced in using precision measuring equipment
- The ability to interpret drawings
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment (Aerospace a plus)
- Due the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen
