We have an immediate need for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist at our aerospace location in York, NE . The primary focus of this role is ongoing management, organization & tracking of company assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure.
Duties & Responsibilities Include :
- Maintain accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.
- Plan and execute asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets.
