The Technical Manager will lead technical aspects of opportunities, proposals, and projects. Ensure deliverable / quality review process and metrics are performing. Guide and develop employees and managers on their individual technical career paths. Support service capability development through creating collateral, conducting Technology Excellence Demonstrators and pilot projects, and partnering with Sales and Managers on campaign initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead technical proposals to customers and support sales campaigns
- Conduct technical and deliverable reviews on work completed before delivery to customer
- Monitor the technical health of work packages
- Creation and maintain Standard Work and Work Instructions
- Conduct service-specific training
- Manage, update, and create and training material. Support training initiatives as needed
- Support root cause analyses and improvement actions
- Leverage technical knowledge to support pilot projects and lead Technical Excellence Demonstrators.
- Support technical capability assessments of the team members in your service
- Ensure the pool of technical reviewers is maintained for your program
- Participate in international communities in your field and build industry network
- Support hiring by conducting Technical interviews and training other technical interviewers
