Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop test rig software to acquire pressure, temperature, and flow through analog and digital inputs
- Experience with pneumatic and electrical controls as it relate to test rigs & sensor communications
- Responds effectively in a production environment
- Test rig & systems troubleshooting (cause & effect)
- Skilled in project management and follows up on tasks daily
- Create presentations based on process data and results to show opportunities for productivity improvements and cost savings
- Work closely with the Operations team and other engineering disciplines including Product Design, Test Development, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Interpreting test requirements, developing and maintaining test procedures, and documenting test practices
- Developing and executing improvement projects to increase first-pass yield engagement with Design and
- Test Development teams to solve issues that could impact production
- Assisting manufacturing operators in the testing & troubleshooting of production hardware
- Supporting development and production tests on multiple functional test platforms
- Communicates technical subject matter proficiently, both written and verbally
